At Misk Aura, we strive to provide high-quality perfumes and excellent customer service. Please carefully review our refund policy before making a purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns under normal circumstances. However, if a customer receives a different perfume than the one ordered, a refund will be processed. The refund request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery; any requests made after this period will not be entertained.

Please note that Misk Aura guarantees that all perfumes are dispatched safely and without any damage. If a customer requests a full refund due to a damaged product, Misk Aura is not liable to fulfill this request. Any damage to the product is solely due to courier mishandling, and Misk Aura is not responsible for such damages.
